Bella *IN FOSTER*'s story

　　Meet Bella! Bella hasn't had the best start to life sadly. She came to us with her litter of puppies and was originally an owned dog. Her owner no longer wanted her, so they just let her out and she lived on the streets, unable to be caught, for 6 months. Members of the community helped feed her, but sadly along the way, she became pregnant. Eventually, she gave birth and was able to be caught with her puppies after being found in a dark cave under an uprooted tree. She is very nervous of the world around her but has been worked with in foster and is slowly coming out of her shell! She deserved nothing but the absolute best from here on out! Thus far at DHA, Bella has not yet been introduced to other dogs, cats or kids. We will update as we learn more, but in the meantime, ask to spend time with Bella today!

　　Bella is not yet available, but is still able to have applications submitted once you've met. She is in foster, but can still be arranged to meet by emailing Michelle at [email protected]. All animals from DHA are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption.
