This auction is for 1 (one) Hand Carved and Painted, ?Children?s Size Carousel Horse?. The Solid Wood (Pine) Horse was Carved by S & S Woodcarvers in 1984 and Painted in 1990 (instructions via photograph) to resemble my wife?s favorite Carousel Horse in the San Francisco Carousel Museum, which she visited in 1989. The Horse stands with base and pole 62? high. The Horse (made of Solid Wood) dimensions are 30? high, 43? in length and 11, ? in width. The Base is Solid Wood (Pine) and measures 30? long 11,? wide and 1, ? in thickness. The pole is a spiraled Brass plated metal tube with a wood dowel inside for strength; and is 1, ? in diameter. The Horse is in Excellent Condition with the exception of some very minor scratches (5) on the back of the Horse which is over 20 years old.
