He's happy and healthy, the issue is he was born with deformed elbows an front legs. He plays with the others and roughs the kitty playing sometimes. He scoots around with his back legs and stands up, and may learn to walk on just his hind legs. His name is Scooter. He's cute and smart. He's a chocolate merle color.
