Solid sturdy construction, top quality materials with weatherproofing stain finish. Not a kit or big box store built model. Can also be used as a luxury doghouse or chicken coop if so desired. Adult can fit inside with plenty of room.

　　* Dimensions are 72 in wide x 72 in length x 72 in. in max height; weight +/- 500 lbs. Delivery to local area, buyer will need to have help arranged to offload and move to location in your yard. Please make sure there is an opening wide enough to fit playhouse through to the area of your yard you will want this to be placed. This particular playhouse is already put together and cannot be disassembled. Accommodations *may* be made if the opening is not big enough.
