My story

　　Stepbrothers Dale (black and tan) and Brennan (brown) are currently conducting joint interviews to find their individual forever homes. Before that begins, we’d like to lay down some ground rules: First, don’t ever touch their bully sticks. Ever! Second, you take work off every year for shark week (non-negotiable). Third, at least once a year you make your own beef jerky. Fourth, if there are any foods that you like, we suggest you put your name on them. Or they will be thrown out. By them. Other than that, no shared walls would be mandatory for Dale and preferable for Brennan (as 3 month old hound mixess, they’ve been called the songbirds of their generation). Besides occasionally taking a poop with the door open, they’ve been doing great on potty training! Adopt one and every day will feel like the Catalina Wine Mixer! After the courageous act of adopting the one they call Dale or the one they call Brennan, you could be best friends…friends who ride majestic translucent steeds, shooting flaming arrows across the Bridge of Hemdale.

　　Due to vetting they need to stay within 45 minutes of the Des Moines area.All adoptions are $300 per dog for puppies under 1 year, $250 for adults 1 - 9 years old and $150 for senior dogs which include spay/neuter, micro-chipped and up-to-date on required shots.

　　Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $150 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older.

　　But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.
