My story

　　Beautiful Dax has been looking for his forever home for a long time. HELP us find that home before Dax turns grey with age! Before he needs a cane! Dax was a very sorry sight when we found him in the big city shelter. He had little hair due to a skin infection, was severely thin, and was covered in sores. He had been thoroughly neglected for sure, but he has recovered and is oh so handsome now. He was heart worm positive but is currently finishing treatment. Dax is housebroken and crate trained but he missed out on so much in his early life that most dogs learned as a puppy. With his current foster, he is learning to be sociable and mannerly with other dogs. Due to his size, this big boy would do best with no young children and no seniors. An experienced dog owner would be best for Dax. Not sure about cats or small dogs. Dax is now in a foster home in Colorado Springs. For more information, contact Jeannine at [email protected].
