I currently have 2 Dell Optiplex 745's readily available for sale. 1 is the tiniest variation of the Optiplex 745 and is the version that can be set on the back of the Dell monitor and the other is the mid size version. Both computer systems are loaded with Windows 7 Ultimate and likewise consist of AVG Anti Virus along with OFFICE 2013. I am asking $50 for the mid-size variation or $70 inlcuding display and keyboard and computer mouse and $60 for the smaller version or $85 including display that computer sits on, keyboard and computer mouse.
