Please meet Dixie!

　　This little gal was turned over to rescue when her family found themselves with far too many dogs and couldnt care for them all properly.

　　She is now being fostered in a private home where she receives lots of TLC while waiting for the perfect place to hang her leash forever.

　　Dixie is 4 years old and weighs in at 19 pounds.

　　Best guess as to her breed mix is Chihuahua/Rat Terriera great combination.

　　She is a super sweet, affectionate and playful girl.

　　Typical of the Chihuahua breed, she loves to be the center of attention.

　　She is great with kids and behaves well around cats.

　　We think she would thrive as the only canine in her home as she can be possessive of her humans.

　　She is tolerant of other dogs, but can sometimes get a little grumpy when they invade her space.

　　Dixie is house trained, crate trained and leash trained.

　　She is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and has been microchipped.

　　She is ready and waiting for a loving family to call her own.
