　　Hello all, my name is Dulcinea or Dulcie Im named after a character in the famous book Don Quixote. I also have an angel marking on my chest because Im so sweet My foster daddy has taken good care of me for over two years now and has taught me all kinds of good behavior tricks. I live in the mountains at 10,000ft and am used to lots of hiking and exploring. I am very fit! I can run along with my partner very well and even while next to a bicycle. Ive also been trained to travel very well in a vehicle. I love to feel the wind flopping my ears but can respect the times the window needs to be up. If Im allowed I will sleep with people but there are times that I need to sleep in my own space and thats ok.. I love to burrow under the covers and I can be a bit restless. I love to play!! A heavy tug rope is my favorite and I love to play fetch.. all my daddy has to say is quit and I drop whatever is in my mouth. I am very protective towards the ones I love. I do meet strangers (human) well but with other dogs I am not so happy to meet. I can be ok with some bigger dogs and only submissive dogs. I have played with a puppy and only twice did I take the submissive role with another dog.. but those dogs were HUGE!! I do very well by myself and Im more than ok with my daddy leaving me in the house while hes gone.. I just lay around and get my beauty sleep.

　　Dulcie has had two years of unconditional love, training, and dietary upgrade - resulting in a calm, rational, very close relational pet who is empathetic, loving, caring, protective, and willing to try to learn anything reasonable a pet family could want. Her limitations are proximate errors with other dogs, not good with being outside much when it is cold, not recommended AT ALL for small children, other pets in the house, or to be left outside alone. She is fine off the leash and will always come when called and has been staying in the yard without sneaking under the fence when outside with a grownup.
