Given that setting up 'central air', we no more require this window device. Actually, we had it set up 'in the wall', so we do not have the window kit ... but they 'are' offered! In the close-up image, it appears that the digital display is not on, but it was taken outside & it's almost impossible to see ... but indoors, you will see this perfectly!

　　This has a remote control, that we can not locate at the minute. Of course we will certainly take the buyer's phone number & let them understand we have it if it reveals up after the sale.

　　The filter was just cleaned ... it's been checked & is READY TO GO!
