The horn is as is, parts only, untested, damaged. The case is damaged, torn, broken, missing pieces, and will not close all the way. The key to the locks is missing. The horn has dents, scratches, rust, scuffs, scratches, tarnished,  part of the horn looks like it was repaired on the main tube near the attachment piece to valve 3. The valve pistons springs feel okay. Again the horn is as is, parts only, untested, damaged.
