Where Do Our Pre-Owned Products Come From?

　　Many retailers in our industry get returns as well as

　　traded in products. We acquire these products from them to offer to the public

　　at substantial savings!

　　Products are returned for several reasons, but we

　　hand pick the ones that were returned because perhaps someone tried the product

　　and it wasn’t for them, or maybe the trip out was a little rough during

　　shipping and the unit sustained minor dings and blemishes that are cosmetic

　　only and do not affect functionality of the product. We only acquire products

　　from these two categories of returns. Since we are extremely quality focused,

　　we avoid products that were returned due to defects or major damage, including

　　internal or structural damage.

　　Also, retailers in our industry take trade-ins

　　towards the purchase of other products. We hand pick each traded in product

　　that still has plenty of life left and is sure to provide its new owner with trouble-free

　　performance for some time to come.

　　All the products we sell are put through a rigorous 150-Point

　　Inspection and Refurbishment process. Each product is fully serviced, calibrated,

　　lubricated, cleaned, disinfected, tested, and professionally packaged by certified

　　factory-trained master technicians.
