Paint/Pinto - Cheyenne - Medium - Adult - Female - Horse

　　Cheyenne is 7 years old 14-3 to 15 hands She is healthy and a very easy keeper (no history of founder, no issues eating normally) - gets a little chunky in the summer like most with lots of grass access. She is broke to ride. She neck reins, has good response, and seems to respond to leg cues as well. She's a speedy girl (her favorite pace is a fast trot or lope), but does have a good stop.She's fully broke under saddle, with a bit of barn sour since she hasn't been ridden as often as would be ideal (been ridden 5 times in the last 6 months, before that she went months without having anyone on her). She isn't spooky and has been ridden on the road, arena, and pasture. She needs an intermediate rider, and someone who likes a quick horse. After she gets some consistent time under saddle she would be okay for a begginer, but right now she tests her boundaries a little and needs to realize that she won't get away with doing what she wants. She currently lives with several other horses, average sized and mini. She has what I call a beta personality, and lets other horses chase her away from her food, doesn't instigate fights and actually isn't the typical bossy mare. We have no problems catching her in the pasture, she's fine being tied and saddled. She's a bit stubborn picking up her feet, but patience goes a long way. Her one downfall - she hates wormer! It took three of us to do the syringe paste method, next time I'll get the kind you sprinkle on her food. Adoption fee: $700
