Your son or daughter will love having a large sturdy playhouse (clubhouse)! This playhouse is all wood and measures 6' x 8'4'' on the outside and is 6'5" tall. You can see from the pictures there is a porch. On the inside, your child will have 5'8" x 5'8" of play area, and it is 5'8" tall on the inside. There is one small window. The door is split so that either the entire door can open or just the top half.

　　My son used this clubhouse for many years, and it is very good condition. It definitely could use a coat of paint or stain, but, structurally, it is very sound. There is a little bit of stain on the window. And there are pencil marks on the door ("decoration" from my son). Other than that, it is in very good condition.

　　There is no need to buy a new playhouse for $1500 when you can get an very good used one for $50. It is a bargain for you, and we will be glad that another child is getting years more enjoyment out of it!
