　　I am in the beginning stages of starting a powder coating gig.

　　I am curently working smaller parts up to a 16 inch wheel. Once I get going, I will be offering my services on larger parts.

　　The process:

　　-abrassive (sand/glass) blast the surface to be coated

　　-clean/degrease surfaces

　　-pre-pollish if using translucent coating

　　-preheat part

　　-mask specified areas

　　-apply coating of your color choice

　　-bake at up to 450 degrees to cure coating

　　-buff out imperfections if applicable

　　Examples of applications:

　　(alumionum or steel)

　　-engine/valve covers

　　-wheels/rims

　　-brackets

　　-differential covers

　　-brake calipers

　　-anything smaller than 16x18x10
