You know how you always wonder, what would my dog say if it could talk?

　　We do every single time and most of the time we can only guess.... this time we have xrays... that tell a sad story of a hard life of neglect.

　　Rose had a cough that stuck around longer than most, she was on antibiotics, tested 2x for heartworm just to be sure... when we did x rays, we discovered quite a few things... One she had a collapsed trachea, caused by laryngeal paralysis.... we discovered she had a broken elbow at some point in her life, she has at least one BB in her and a slew of other things....

　　We are always thankful for every animal that we are able to bring into rescue.

　　Rosebud is probably not everyone's first pick for a dog... She is big(ish) at 55lbs, she is old (10) and she is black.... We think she is perfect.

　　Rosebud is great with kids, cats, dogs and loves everyone she meets.

　　She is a smart and obedient dog.

　　She rides in the car like a champ, is excellent on a leash, doesn't get on furniture, is crate trained and has some fetching abilities.

　　A fabulous friend for anyone looking.....
