I am renting my 2011 Copper Canyon Camper for all Penn State home games. RV will be set up the Friday before the game. I will require you to meet with me to go over specifics of the camper.

　　This unit sleeps 9 comfortably and includes the following:

　　Queen size bedroom

　　Couch that folds out into a Full size air mattress

　　Dinette that collapses to a double bed

　　Separate bunk room with one single bunk and one Full sized air mattress

　　Shower

　　2-Toilets

　　Microwave/Stove

　　DVD player

　　Small Grill

　　4 foot table for outdoor use

　　Generator

　　Anything needed to do all your cooking, utensils, coffee maker, croc pot, toaster etc.

　　You would be responsible for bringing the following:

　　Bedding

　　Towels

　　Personal Items

　　Food/Drink/Disposable plates, forks etc.

　　Terms: A $500.00 refundable security deposit is due to reserve this unit. If I setup the RV and you don't show up, you lose the deposit. The remaining money must be received at the time of setup. I will also require you to sign a rental agreement. Copy of your Photo ID is required when you sign the agreement.

　　No Smoking or Pets. I will only rent to responsible individuals. You will not be allowed to park your vehicle in the RV overnight lot and will be responsible for parking. Personal checks and cash are accepted. Reserve now for the 2013 season. Please call with questions
