Hi. We have had this television for a long time. It comes from a smoke free and pet free home.

　　Here are the details:The Television: the TV works well. No issues with it since we have owned it. All of the buttons work and the menu works as intended. There is a buzzing noise probably due to the fly back when the television is plugged in and turned off, but when you turn the television on it significantly less noticeable. They make a putty that you can put around it to counter the vibration and buzzing sound. The main issue with this set is that there is no option to manually select over to the component, which bring us to the issue next with………The Remote: unfortunately only half of the buttons work on the remote. About half of the number buttons don’t work, the channel buttons don’t work, and most importantly the “AV in” button does not work which controls the DVD player and any other device you would have hooked into it. I talked to a friend who told me you would need to purchase a newer universal remote unfortunately. The SpongeBob remote is included though in case anyone would want to try and fix it.The DVD player: this was included with the TV set. I did test it on another TV and it worked great today. It does not have a remote. All of the buttons on the DVD player work well. The only issue with this player is that one of the plastic ends broke off of the corner latch that the lid clicks into when pressed closed. That doesn’t seem to affect anything though, as the lid still closes properly. The lid can be stubborn though to get to open, as it doesn’t want to separate easily once uncliked/opened and doesn’t really stay up on its own, mainly from wear over the years.

　　I do not have an extra AV cable, so this lot will not come with one and you would need to purchase one for this DVD player if you want to use it.If anyone has any further questions about this set, please let me know. Please see all photos on this auction. Thanks for looking.
