My story
Tommy was rescued from a horrible situation. He was left in a bedroom to starve to death - fed only 8 times over the course of 2.5 months. When we rescued him, he weighed only 4lbs and for the first 6 weeks he was in foster care, he acted as if every meal was his last. He has now put on a healthy amount of weight and is ready to find his forever home where he won't face starvation or neglect ever again. Tommy absolutely loves people and loves being pet. He is often sleeping near or next to his foster parents and would do well being in a home where he'll get a lot of attention. After all, he needs to make up for lost time! Tommy has gotten along with most other cats in foster, but a slow introduction would be essential if his forever home already had a resident cat. He might be okay with a very respectful dog.
This boy has waited a long time for a good home where he will finally be loved and cared for.
