The idea behind Whimsy Furniture is to have your furniture be both artwork and fully functional. Each piece has a "green" theme in that I begin with an old or used piece of wood furniture and create a one-of-a-kind work of art. My first step is to wood-burn an original design into the wood and I then hand-paint it using water-based (non-toxic) paint and sealer. My furniture has been sold in many stores throughout the denver/boulder area and I also do custom orders.

　　I currently have a gorgeous, refinished Danish Mod style dresser available. This piece has tons of storage and is solidly built with dovetail drawers. The measurements are 68" (L) x 30 1/4" (H) x 17" (depth). My studio is located in N. Boulder if you would like to see it in person. I can be somewhat flexible on price.
