Used, this only has ONE mattress for the top in very good, clean, not stained condition (I will throw in a clean mattress pad). Bed is made out of wood and has the metal pull-out frame portion that goes underneath. (you will need to purchase an additional twin sized mattress to use both together.. it is usually very inexpensive).

　　When popped up, it forms a full sized bed.

　　Comes apart with screws to transport.
