Property Manager

09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

2 Saturdays per month

GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 per annum

We are working with a growing estate agency based in Coventry. Due to expansion, they are now searching for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

What you will be doing:

Support the Lettings Team in all aspects of their roleProvide property management and tenancy support services to landlordsEnsure all properties comply with current legislationsArrange inventories and checks in with inventory clerkLiaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out timely and professionallyDraw up a schedule of costs based on checkoutMediate and negotiator between the parties regarding releasing of the depositEnsure that relevant payments and instructed promptly and properly regarding contractors, deposits and landlords

Who is the ideal candidate:

You will have recent Property Management experience, ideally using the Alto system previously. You will be a professional and driven individual who strives to achieve results. You will also be a confident communicator, both verbally and written. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative with strong organisational skills.
