　　bidder or buyer needs to contact Full Throttle Works at

　　within 24 hours of the end of the auction.   A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within

　　24 hours of the end of the auction through Ebay.    The buyer agrees to pay

　　the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 7 days of auction end (If you need to make other arrangements, please call us to discuss at ). 

　　Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be

　　received and cleared.

　　If no contact is made within 24

　　hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist,

　　sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally. 

　　Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and

　　otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the

　　vehicle sells locally.

　　Shipping

　　If

　　the buyer is needing the motorcycle shipped, the buyer is responsible

　　for all shipping charges and arranging pick up with the shipper. 

　　Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, it is the responsibility of

　　the buyer and the shipping company. Full payment must be received

　　before the vehicle is released to the shipping company.

　　Taxes

　　and Fees:

　　will be responsible for all applicable State and Local taxes.

　　dealer documentation fee of $99 will apply to all purchases. If you

　　live in Ohio, then we are required to collect Sales Tax and a Title

　　Fee of $16. If a memorandum is required, there will be an

　　additional fee of $16.
