　　Don't let the name fool you...this beauty is a perfect lady!

　　Meet Moose, a three year old female Chocolate Labrador mix. Moose has a beautiful smooth brown coat with some white on her chest. She is smaller than a normal lab, weighing only 36 pounds. And she has such pretty golden eyes!

　　Moose was pulled from our local animal shelter where she had been surrendered by her owner because they could not afford to keep her. Poor Moose had been down there several weeks and was ready to get out. She is a very sweet, loving dog. Moose gets excited to see you then she settles down and is pretty easy going. She will need some exercising and a fenced in yard will be required for her.

　　Moose should be great with children and seems to do well with other dogs but we think she likes to be the dominant dog. And being a mature lab is a good thing for those who know how lab puppies are! We have started her on crate training, we don't know how she is with cats. Moose is up to date on her vet care, spayed, microchipped and is heartworm negative. She has started heartworm and flea/tick prevention. Miss Moose, or Moosie (Moose doesn't sound very feminine, does it!) will make a wonderful family dog and companion for a very lucky owner!
