Mikey's story

　　Mikey! Mikey is a gorgeous, 2 year old, male, Carolina Dog mix. This playful pup is dog friendly, up for anything, and ready for a home. Mikey was found in Houston, Texas after wandering into a hospital looking for help. You see, Mikey is vision impaired. The good citizens there recognized this and took him to animal control in hopes he would be adopted. He wasnt. So, Mikey found himself on death row. Thats when BBCR heard his pleas and worked with the volunteers in Texas to get him to Colorado. Now, even though he cant see it that well, his future is bright! Mikey isnt limited by his minor disability and behaves like a normal dog. We hope someone sees his special sparkle! Adoption fee is $350.
