Tri, Puppy's story

　　Tri, shepherd/hound mix, 7 mo, male, neutered, 36 lb

　　Tri is mellow and wonderful, absolute sweetheart, good with cats and dogs. He is a medium size dog, significantly smaller that a shepherd or a hound and will not grow much bigger. He has eyes big s saucers and beautiful color markings. He was found dumped in the field with his brother when they were only two months old. Tri was terrified of people and the shelter was not going to keep him. He was saved by his foster mom who then spent months and months working with the puppis trying to bring them out of their fear.

　　Tri is still rather shy and cautios at first, but warms up after a day or two and eventually turns into a loving playful puppy. He needs very gentle treatment, and it takes some patience to get him used to the new home. He is used to the crate and is not destructive.

　　It is so rewarding to see him happier and happier every day.
