We are working with our client who are an engineering manufacturer based in Sunderland. We are assisting the client in the search for a CNC Operator

You will be responsible for setting and operating machines to produce product of the required quality standards and specification.

Responsibilities

Programming and operating machines to produce products to required tolerances and specifications Using a range of materials including Non-Ferrous, Aluminium, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium Using a variety of measuring equipment such as micrometres, verniers, plug gauges, screw plugs and ring gauges Increase your knowledge and train on other machining processes Person Specification

A CNC Machinist with relevant turning experience Heidenhain setting / programming experience advantageous Experience of working in a CNC Machining / Industrial Engineering environment Will be willing to learn, pass on knowledge and train others Flexible in their approach willing to do overtime when required to suit customers requirements Benefits

GBP35k-GBP40k annual salary Day shift / Nighshift rotation with shift allowance bi weekly Pension 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Paid overtime
