Role Overview
We're seeking a Recruitment Research Executive to play a pivotal role in bolstering our recruitment delivery team, catering to a wide array of high-profile clients. As a key member of the team, you'll take on multifaceted responsibilities aimed at elevating our service quality, supporting an established recruitment team, and facilitating data-informed decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate researched shortlists for recruitment initiatives spanning junior, senior, and executive level roles.Conduct comprehensive research on vertical-specific businesses, crafting top-down organizational charts and strategic recruitment target lists.Curate and oversee active talent pools to address challenging recruitment needs within key accounts.Understand the makeup of talent pools and interpret these through data to support client conversations Collaborate with the Resource function to drive workforce planning activities, streamlining time-to-hire processes.Execute thorough candidate sourcing across various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, and compile target lists through networking efforts.Cultivate robust relationships with Resourcing teams to bolster applicant delivery through both conventional and advanced methodologies.Innovate alternative sourcing methods across the business landscape.Ensure impeccable data quality and accuracy within our CRM systems.Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
Proficient computer skills with the agility to swiftly navigate the in-house candidate database for multi-level searches.Sound reasoning skills to screen and interview applicants, making informed judgments on suitability.Excellent communication skills, encompassing basic sales, message handling, and service delivery.Reasonable proficiency in presentations and market awareness, including knowledge of competitors.Fundamental negotiation skills and a basic grasp of technical aspects.Ability to exude professionalism and personality both in telephonic and face-to-face interactions.Strong networking abilities coupled with self-driven motivation.Capacity to work independently, taking initiative when needed.Keen attention to detail.At ManpowerGroup we're a global leader in workforce solutions, empowering our people every day to discover their personal best.
