Role: Graduate Planner

Location: Newcastle

Salary: GBP25000– GBP30000

My client is an award winning, independent development and construction consultancy who deliver innovation to the built environment that provides their services across multiple sectors such as, Schools, Residential, Health, Leisure, Student accommodation, Commercial and Retail.

Due to a positive uprise in project work are now looking for a Graduate Planner to join the office in Newcastle.

Essential Criteria for a Graduate Planner:

MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters in relation to Town Planning.Understanding at a practical level in property.MRTPI Qualified or working towardsStrong numerical and report writing skills. Responsibilities and Duties of a Graduate Planner:

Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams. Company Benefits:
