Blueprint recruitment is looking to speak with dedicated Heads of Supply Chain Management, to join an international, Energy and Solutions Company on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced team, to lead the creation of sourcing strategies and support tender bid sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the setup of the Supply Chain Management basic structureOversee and lead an experienced teamEstablish and maintain strong relations with key suppliersEffectively manage resources according to ongoing and upcoming projectsReview and monitor the Project procurement team to ensure SCM bid documents are submitted according to timelineEnsure the Project Team are able to deliver on time materialAssess and perform quality checks on the commercial tabulation and analysis for quotations receivedArrange technical/commercial discussions with vendors/subcontractorsEstablish and maintain historical cost database providing input/benchmarkingAccountable for individual Project Procurement reportingEnsure milestone payments are achieved according to projections with the teamResponsible for performance reporting to central Supply Chain Management Key Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a relevant subjectAble to work as part of a dynamic team and independentlyPrevious Supply Chain experience in the Oil and Gas sectorStrong analytical and problem–solving skillsExperience leading a large teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with supply chain software and technologies
