Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist, with a can-do positive attitude to join their team. Within their clinics they welcome practitioners from private and NHS backgrounds. They have three sites that cover the Gloucestershire and Oxford borders, therefore own transport is essential.
The Physiotherapist will primarily work in a clinic setting, providing high quality one-on-one care to patients with Musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will include:
Conducting detailed assessments of patients' physical conditions and creating personalised care plansDelivering evidence-based interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical well-beingMonitoring and evaluating patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans accordinglyCollaborating with other healthcare professionals in a multi-agency environment to ensure comprehensive carePromoting clinic growth through effective business development As a physiotherapist you will need:
Bachelor's degree in PhysiotherapyChartered Physiotherapy statusRelevant professional certifications (CSP, HCPC).A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experienceExperience in Musculoskeletal PhysiotherapyAn enthusiastic and self-motivated attitudeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills This position is a permanent role with full time hours of 37.5 a week. The working hours may include evenings and weekends to accommodate patients' needs. The successful candidate must have the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient demands.
The role offers a competitive salary range of GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
