THE COMPANY:
We are a company acting as both a Foodservice Manufacturer and wholesaler with National distribution and coverage.
As an established division of a larger group, we operate with a multimillion growing turnover which has been in continued growth year on year.
Our core range area are speciality and chilled products including pastries, breakfast products, butchery patisserie and sandwich fillings.A key part of our company involved dairy and cheese products which are manufactured in Europe.These are high end products which can be found in many Foodservice establishments across the UK.
Due to highly successful last 12 months we are seeking to further develop our Foodservice team with the addition of a National Account Manager.
THE ROLE:
The predominant aim of this role is to further develop business with National end users within the Foodservice channel.
You will inherit a portfolio of accounts predominantly within restaurant group, pub group, QSR and Casual dinning accounts.
However, our range is comprehensive and versatile and you will be targeted with not only developing further relationships within these channels, but also in others such as leisure, travel and contract catering.
Our predominant strategy is to showcase our products directly to Foodservice end user groups.
Subsequently there will be interaction and commercial agreements established through their chosen wholesale/distribution suppliers.
This is also an area we are seeking to further develop - in terms of our presence within the ranges of other wholesalers.
THE APPLICANT.
We are ideally seeking to speak to proven National Account Managers with experience selling into the foodservice and catering sector at buyer level.
Candidates with experience of Foodservice sales and NAM level with a dairy/cheese manufacturer will be of strong interest. Candidates from other product sectors with an established background in developing business at buyer level with Foodservice end user accounts will also be welcomed. Experience winning business/tenders with pub group, leisure, casual dining, QSR and restaurant accounts will also be highly advantageous.
