Lead an established firm of accountants with efficient processes and systems in place, taking the wheel and driving further business growth.Deliver a commercially focused strategy, championing service excellence.Nurturing talent and motivating those around you, scoping professional development opportunities.Mentor junior staff through training and knowledge sharing.Overseeing deliverables and ensuring accuracy, monitoring budgets and deadlines.Ensuring compliance of statutory obligations.Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients.Representing the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.Nurture trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
