Role Overview:

As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the cornerstone of our service operations, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and coordinating service appointments for equipment maintenance and repairs.

Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service solutions.

Collaborating closely with our team of skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Maintaining detailed records of service activities, equipment maintenance, and customer interactions.

Providing administrative support to the service department as needed.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.

Prior experience in customer service or service coordination, preferably in the coffee or equipment maintenance industry.

Proficiency in basic computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
