This is truly a rare find, a 1974 Overlander in mint condition. Only two previous owners, no children. Has been treated with extreme care. I am unable to keep due to a recent divorce. The exterior of the camper is in pristine condition. Only one dent/scratch, located on the front panel on the entry side; see pics. All screens intact and windows fully functional. Awning in great condition. No tears or weather related damage. Fully operational. The camper has been stored inside when not in use. Inside of camper likewise pristine. Two sofas, both of which pull out to create full beds, and both of which have been reupholstered. Bathroom has been totally refurbished, pluming as well as subflooring/laminate. New toilet, Thetford, brand new and unused. Standing shower with door. Large mirrored vanity with folding glass door. Full closet with clothes rack. New hot water heater and wired for 110 throughout. Original tinted window protector in excellent shape and fully functional. Central control board monitors and controls tanks and battery operation. Batteries intact and functional. Fold out steps make entry very easy. All exterior lights in working condition. I could go on and on. You wont find a 40 year old camper in this pristine condition, I have tried for years.
