Camper is a 2006 30' Aerolite bunkhouse. Sleeps 8. It has two bunks in the rear, bathroom with shower, sink cabinets and sunroof. The couch and table bump out to give you more space. The couch folds down in to a double bed. The table turns into a queen bed. Table is a U-shaped dinette giving you more room to sit, great for families. Separate queen bedroom in the front. There is a refrigerator with separate freezer. Microwave. 3 burner stove with oven. Stainless steel double bowl sink. 6 gallon hot water heater. Ducted heater and air conditioning with wall thermostat. All these items work perfectly and used all last summer on a yearly site. The AC & Heater work very quickly. There is lots of cabinetry. Corner entertainment center with stereo. Floor is all linoleum and insulated. Large awning. Battery and two LP tanks included. Two nice size exterior storage units, one is a pass through with access from both sides. Trailer does tow very easily at 4051lbs dry and has independent torsion axles making it ride smoothly. Pictures show overall condition. Few minor things as in any used trailer but overall great shape. Selling as kids are getting older and just don't have the time. NADA $9,000 - $10,800.
