Interior: It has a new laminate floor in the galley and a brand-new tile floor in the bathroom. It has had a brand-new Dometic 3 way fridge, new microwave, and new roofing system Air Conditioning installed in the last 3 years. The dash is in exceptional condition. This system has dual gas tanks. The gauge for the back tank is presently not working. The front gas tank gauge and all other determines work completely. The heat and air both work fantastic. Each one of the switches, devices, and lights have been checked and all work appropriately. The kitchen cabinetry looks fantastic! The material on the couch and the captains chairs is starting to show some age (vinyl on the captains seats is in excellent shape). I do have some seat pays for the captain chairs. The headliner and walls are all in exceptional condition with the exception of one spot below the passenger side bunk window. It has some discoloration from a leak in the past (I see this in a lot of B190s). Simply to be clear ... there is no damage from the leak ... simply staining. The overhead bunk takes out to make a large bed (72x76). The captain chairs do pivot and turn towards the back of the motorhome. The restroom location in this B190 has actually been professionally modified. The toilet was moved from the center isle to the motorists side. The shower pan was eliminated and a sink with shower head was installed. This device does have all of the original devices from when it was purchased brand-new consisting of the tv, ladder, and table. Outside: The body has been buffed and waxed and is in terrific shape!
