　　CABIN:

　　This cruiser cabin features UNIQUE SLEEPING and lounging accommodations! First of all, it has TWO BERTHS! The main sleeping berth is located mid-ships at the stern end of the cabin and features a full sized bed. There is also a forward birth for sitting or sleeping which is 4 x 6.

　　Due to the EXTRA WIDE 10.33 Ft. BEAM of this cruiser, it has a VERY ROOMY CABIN! The cabin has 62 headroom and a removable table.

　　Although the upholstery is original, it has neither tears nor worn spots. Cabin has four opening ports and three deck hatches allow for plenty of cabin ventilation. It has a new CD stereo.

　　The kitchen has a microwave, cook top and A/C

　　D/C refrigerator and an ample cabinet storage. The head has a toilet, sink and shower. There are moods lights as well as reading lights throughout the cabin.

　　The boat comes with a conventional A/C air conditioner which cools the cabin to the 60s. The unit may be plugged into shore power while docked or the boat also comes with a portable Coleman generator. (There is ample room in the engine compartment if you care to add a marine generator)

　　There is tons of storage including 2 wall closets, under seat areas and under the bow cushion.

　　COCKPIT:

　　The cockpit features LOTS of cushioned seating for passengers! The captains bench seats 2 people. The lounge seats 3 passengers. The stern bench seat (removable) seats 3 people. A removable jump seat holds 2 passengers. A rear facing bench holds 2 people.

　　For overnight stays, it has a FULL COCKPIT ENCLOSURE which is a great accessory! It fits over the entire cockpit giving you additional living area and is super for inclement weather.

　　MECHANICAL INFORMATION:

　　The engines have 140 HOURS on them! This boat is in excellent mechanical condition and performs very well on the water! When I purchased this boat, I have a compression check done on the cylinders. They all measure great and the engines where will balanced. This boat comes out of the hole fast and the engines run strong.

　　I have changed the oil in both the engines and stern drives every 50 hours. The engines do not smoke when started nor while they are running.

　　LOADMASTER TRAILER INFORMATION:

　　The 2007 Loadmaster trailer is in like new condition! It is made of aluminum and has 3 axles (two w/ surge brakes). The trailer is rated for 10,800 lbs. This trailer has new tires all the way around including the spare and the bunks were just replaced with factory types. Its long trailer tongue gives you the length to really make towing this rig easy.
