So, the camera, the digital back, and the hot sync cable in the listing pictures are not included in this sales.For syncing with the shutter and the digital back, you need to connect a hot sync cable between the port on the lens and the digital back and configure your digital back for the sync signal. The center of images from your digital back will be not the same as what you saw through the viewfinder. So, you need to take pictures to allow for the difference.  Just letting you know in advance.The adapters in the pictures in this listing might be different from what you will receive if I upgrade the adapter design.The most of digital backs are designed to work large format cameras. Our adapters work with the idea. If you are using digital backs like Phase One IQ series which has no legacy sync in port,  the digital backs can receive the shutter signal through "multi-connector" and two-shot cable.
