This unit was installed new by mistake in one of my rental properties February 23rd 2016. But the house needed a bigger unit. My HVAC guy pulled this 6 month old unit a week ago and was a perfectly working unit at time of removal. My AC guy (Smith Air) said he would be happy to talk or re-install this unit to the new buyer if needed.
