Butter is friendly rabbit we just rescued.
He enjoys his daily visits form our volunteers and loves being petted.
Butter is one of our lucky rabbits being cared for by House Rabbit Society volunteers at the Petco across from the Arden Mall (1878 Arden Way) in Sacramento while looking forward to finding a forever home. Contact us to arrange to meet a volunteer at the store if you would like to meet any of our rabbits residing in the store.
Come meet this beautiful rabbit and other adoptable rabbits at our next monthly adoption event!
If you need more information about rabbits or would like to attend an adoption event, see the information below.
Because we do not have a shelter to introduce our foster rabbits and our volunteers have limited time to respond to all online inquiries, the best way to meet one of our rabbits is to attend our next adoption day. Sometimes people bond to a different rabbit in person than the one they choose online.
All rabbits are spayed/neutered and are to be adopted to indoor homes only.
Current bunny parents are encouraged to bring their rabbits to adoption clinics if they are interested in adopting a companion rabbit. Your rabbit must be spayed or neutered to be eligible to meet one of our fosters. SHRS volunteers will be happy to help your bunny with speed dating and to explain the bonding process.
Everyone is welcome to stop by for conversation, problem-solving and free information!Adoption, Information, Fur and Nail Trimming Clinics.
