Great, comfy couch in excellent condition. I would like to keep it however am relocating to a smaller home and have to scale down. The couch has always been in non-pet, non-smoking homes.

　　There is a percentage of damage on the top of the cushions (see picture), however a little sewing can solve that issue.

　　You have to deliver it. Not too heavy, but you'll require 2 individuals to bring it.
