This is a must have for the Opus and Penguin lovers! It is vintage item made in 1993. It is Opus from Bloom County. Bloom County is a 1980s cartoon-comic strip that dealt with socio-political issues as seen through the eyes of highly exaggerated characters (Opus the Penguin) and humorous analogies.

　　It has been stored in a smoke-free house. It was not a toy for playing but for collecting so it is in excellent condition.
