Pete - courtesy listing's story
All people inquiring about pets listed as Courtesy Listings on the EAPL website and/or EAPL posting adoption boards should contact the current pet owner/rescue/shelter for answers to any questions and for final approval and placement. Please DO NOT CONTACT EAPL about courtesy listings. The pet owner/rescue/shelter and new owner shall make all arrangements on transferring the pet, information on history, vaccines, etc.
Pete, the cattle dog, is only 9 months old and ready for his forever home. He and his brother were born on a ranch in Montana and brought to Colorado with every intention of keeping them together forever. Unfortunately a new baby in the house revealed a less than tolerant side of Pete for toddlers. Otherwise, he is a great dog. He is neutered, has all his vaccines, does well with other dogs, teens and adults, and is very trainable. Pete needs someone who leads an active lifestyle - think trail running, back country skiing, etc.
