1993 SeaArk 2408 TB I purchased this boat in March of 2023 from Wyondotte County Kansas at a Government auction. It had been retired as a Sheriff Department Boat. Previous to that is was originally built as a USEPA  District 4 (Kansas Area) Response Boat. It was actually used on the space shuttle Columbia debris recovery in 2003 as a dive boat. If you go to YouTube and search 'Wyondotte County sheriff boat' you'll see it operating and confirming NASA recovery involvement. I used the boat for approx 7 hours use, pulling large sonar equipment, and in 4 hours had found what i was after. I have no need for the boat now, plus its a little big for me to handle on and off the trailer by myself as I'm older. Boat has a separate electric start Honda powered hydraulic system that has a synthetic line drum winch (unknown rating) a capson head , raw water washdown pump and two 3' (closed) hydraulic cylinders (power up and down) The boat originally had an A from style derrick off the back of the boat for bringing items on deck. Boat has a factory deck extension making the boat 26' long of useable deck space Motor is a 2003 Evinrude 225 2 stroke with 780 +/- hours on it. Hull is slight v hull but has a tunnel hull at the back with a jack plate. The boat will run in 10" water. When i got the boat, i pumped the fuel tank changed fuel hose and filters and it fired right up. After running the first day engine started turning over slow, put a new starter on, on third day wouldn't start without jumping it at motor relay. The boat has a lot of battery cable connections to brass buss bars, cleaned best i could but i cant get down in the bilge due to my physical limits. Boat is on a 10,000 pond GVW tandem trailer, sits 12'6" high, trailer and boat weighs approx 8900# all in. Pulled unit back from Kansas to Illinois no issues, greased all the bearings, includes two spare tires. My Ebay page says Crete, Illinois, but i keep the boat at a storage yard just North of me in Lynwood, Illinois 60411. (The listing says Chicago Heights because of the 60411 zip code which Lynwood shares). Would be a cash transaction, we could meet at police department up the road and handle transaction. I have current registration for both boat and trailer along with Illinois titles in my name for boat and trailer. Boat is currently covered for winter but available for inspection. I paid more for this boat, but with engine not being 100% priced it at 25,000.00 or best offer.
