　　This Above- Ground Shelter makes it possible to walk in and descend one step down for ease of entry. The shelter measures 6' x 8' and the ceiling height is 6'2" tall inside. The shelter is constructed of 6000 psi concrete. For reinforcement, 3/8" rebar is tied on 12" centers running both directions. This shelter has a 12" turbine ventilation. On the inside we have installed a metal deflection plate to keep flying objects from entering the shelter through the turbine. It has a primed14 ga. steel door that measures 32" wide x 58" tall. It has three heavy duty hinges and a three point latch with a single handle inside for ease of locking. If this shelter is placed on flat ground (It must have dirt placed around three sides and all the way to the top to be Fema approved). If available you can place this shelter in a hillside or a mound. This SHELTER IS ABOVE GROUND ONLY. Price Includes Delivery and Installation.
