Description

Step back in time in this completely renovated rare twin bed model.  Her beautiful birch wood interior is original with the exception of around the roof vent and the lower panels on the front and rear. There are “ his & hers” wardrobe closets , an original built in medicine cabinet in the bedroom.  Vintage porta-potty that slides under the bedroom nightstand.  New flooring, upholstery, curtains.  NOS light pink Formica counter and backsplash in the kitchen.  Free standing vintage Dixie stove all working.  I installed a 12v USB charging station that is flush mounted and not in plain view for charging tablets or phones .  Larger plastic water tank came with her.  I installed a 12v water pump that runs from a switch at the sink.  You can also hook up to city water, if you like.  I never have..always use the pump.  I added a vintage access door on the driver side below the kitchen window for the 12v deep cell marine battery access.  I always camp “ off grid” and wanted access to the battery for connecting my solar panel.  There are plenty of 12v lights inside.  She also has plenty of 110 lights if you are hooked up to power.  A new 7 blade connection to the tow vehicle, newer tires and spare ( 3 years old)…new tongue jack.  The original old hubs and brakes were removed and brand new ones professionally installed.  She tows beautifully…I always tow my trailers with an anti -sway system, so she has that as well.  Have not weighed this trailer but will estimate around 3000 lbs. The frame is aluminum, ( won’t ever rot), which makes this trailer lighter weight.  The spare rides on the tongue of the trailer. The trailer measures 19’ .  A Martis Vintage Trailer awning and front window awning comes with the trailer. The storage in this trailer is remarkable.  Under each twin bed is storage with one large access door to one of the twins .  I keep my awnings, poles, chalks, solar lights under that one with plenty more room.  Never used the storage under the other bed.  There are three upper cabinets in the bedroom for towels, blankets and folded clothing.  Many cabinets and drawers in the kitchen.  Storage under one of the dinette seats, the water tank is under the other one.Trailer has always been kept in an RV building on our property when not camping.  Located in Chico, CaAll original glass running lights…they all work. This is an all aluminum, aircraft riveted trailer.
