We would like to offer our Willerby Seasons caravan for sale that is sited on Cardigan View, pitch 145.

2024 Season starts on 1st March 2024.

We purchased the van brand new towards the end of 2021 but due to pitch issues, it was only sited at the start of the 2022 season. We have had 2 wonderful seasons but due to moving away we cannot use it to its full potential and are looking for something closer to home.

The caravan is in immaculate condition with lots of added extra features we have purchased to make the van home from home. The van has never been rented out, only used by the Owner.

The Caravan: Willerby Seasons 2021: 35ft x12 ft: 3bedrooms

• Lounge: Wrap around sofa with double sofa bed (never used). Storage under sofa except where sofa bed sits, electric flame fire.

• Open plan kitchen: 4 burner gas hob and thetford oven, integrated microwave, upgraded from originally spec larger Fridge Freezer and newly installed Hoover Washing Machine

• Upgraded from originally spec – replaced curtains and net to blackout roller blinds in all bedrooms and vertically blinds in living areas. All supplied and fit by Quaeck’s, Porthmadog.

• Gas Central Heating radiators in all bedrooms, bathroom, WC and Open plan lounge/kitchen

• Alarm installed and managed by Haven

• UPVC double glazing

• Domestic Central Heating & UPVC double glazing

• Bedroom 1 – Master Double, Bedroom 2 – Twin – currently set up as a double. Bedroom 3 – Twin – currently set up as a single with an extra storage unit. 2nd Twin bed will be returned to the Caravan before sale completion. All mattresses have been used with mattress protectors.

Pitch 145 is situation in a quiet park of the park and is less than a 3minute walk from the beach. The pitch can comfortable fit 2 cars on hard service and 1 on grass at the side of the pitch.

Cardigan View is a lovely owner only site with an onsite pool, sauna & gym. It is part of the Haven Greenacres complex which is a short walk up the road where you have access to their full facilities and perks.

The caravan has been serviced and winterised in 2022 & 2023 by Haven.
