Yamaha A-S3000 Integrated Amplifier in Black.

I have owned this Amp for roughly 7 years. It is a serious piece of Hi-Fi Equipment. Around 8 months ago the protection circuit came on and I took it to the main Yamaha Service agent in Milton Keynes and they said it required a main function PCB board. I paid to have that repaired and it took 6 months for the part but got it back and it sounded great. Around a month later the right channel has gone down. I again took it to the service agent who said that it requires an Output Module. The quote for that work was £439. So Im at the end of my journey with it because I want to downsize my system anyway. However there may be someone who wants to give it a go - either via the service agent or who knows a bit about electronics and can give it a go.
