Simply provide me a little time to warm up and I'll be in your lap asking for pets quickly enough! I'm just not as outgoing as some of those other dogs- I'm kind of a delicate soul and really gentle. I'm more on the mellow side and when the other dogs get to running around all insane hyper, I go the other method! I much choose to quietly socialize with my human pals. That's not to say I don't do fine with the other dogs- I'm actually a quite submissive boy and I don't mind the other pet dogs at all. I 'd prefer a more mellow companion in my fur-ever house though, since the hyperness type of scares me! That's ME in a nutshell- a calm, mild little pet looking for love.
